VIP perks with Catwalk membership

Catwalk members get priority access to exclusive drops, early access to limited Loungefly launches, and member-only product lines. For collectors this means a better chance to secure high-demand items, plus recurring perks that reduce overall spend on apparel, bags, and collectibles.

Easy rewards and referrals

Refer a friend to earn £5 credit and give the friend 10% off their first order. Credits are added to your account to spend on future purchases, helping you offset the cost of collectibles, toys, clothing, or accessories and encouraging repeat savings.

Clear returns and purchase protection

VeryNeko provides a 30 day window to open a return and a standard process via your account or official cancellation form. This makes it straightforward to change your mind on clothing or items that do not match expectations, reducing purchase risk and giving time to check items at home.

Real-time help and order updates

Access customer support through live chat, plus account-based order tracking for status updates and pre-order notifications. These tools help you resolve issues quickly, track high-value items like figures or limited edition bags, and plan around delivery expectations.

Wide range of collectibles and licensed goods

Shop Loungefly bags, officially licensed clothing, action figures, LEGO and pop culture collectibles all in one place. Product variety and curated drops make it simple to find gifts or expand a collection without jumping between multiple retailers.
