Foyalty rewards that pay back

Foyles Foyalty turns regular spending into redeemable balance: collect one stamp for every £10 spent and get £10 when you hit ten stamps. That means your purchases earn value you can use online or in store with no minimum redemption, making repeated orders and larger buys feel smarter and quicker to reward.

Student perks and instant 5% saving

Verified students get an immediate 5% discount when they register with a valid .ac.uk email or sign up in store. The student offer stacks with Foyalty stamps and occasional double‑stamp events, so textbook runs and course reading become noticeably cheaper and faster to recoup value.

Flexible, secure checkout options

Pay the way you prefer at Foyles: major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal are available at checkout. Multiple payment options and secure SSL protection make it easy to complete an order on desktop or mobile, so you can buy last‑minute gifts or set up preorders with confidence.

Convenient delivery and Click & Collect

Free UK standard delivery on orders over £25 and fast Click & Collect from local shops mean you can choose the delivery style that suits you. Many items dispatch within 1–2 days and Click & Collect is often available the same day, so you can get essential titles quickly without waiting.

Customer care, returns and expert support

Foyles offers clear returns and damaged‑goods handling with a 30‑day returns window and free returns for damaged items, plus customer support via email and in‑store teams. Expert booksellers across multiple shops also help with recommendations and special orders, reducing the friction of finding the right edition or hard‑to‑source titles.
