Easy rewards for regular shoppers

Build value each time you buy polos, shirts, knitwear and casual essentials. Original Penguin often runs member offers and email-only promotions so creating an account helps you unlock targeted discounts, early access to sales and exclusive product drops. Signing in also saves your details for faster checkout and keeps your reward activity and order history in one place.

Flexible, familiar payment options

Checkout is straightforward with trusted methods such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus PayPal and Apple Pay for fast, secure payments. Klarna is available for buy now, pay later options so you can split payments where eligible. These familiar choices reduce friction at purchase and make it simple to complete orders on desktop or mobile.

Clear trust signals and customer feedback

Original Penguin’s long heritage and signature Pete the Penguin identity make it easy to recognise the brand when shopping for wardrobe staples. Customer reviews and ratings are available across platforms to help you compare fits and fabrics before you buy, increasing confidence in sizing and quality for polos, outerwear and more.

Trackable delivery and order management

All UK delivery options are tracked and you receive a tracking link once your parcel leaves the warehouse. Your Original Penguin account lets you view order status, expected delivery dates and past purchases, so you can plan around deliveries and check progress without contacting support.

Simple returns and responsive support

Original Penguin offers an easy returns process with printable return labels and clear instructions, plus support by email and customer service channels for order questions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and having an account speeds up processing and communication when you need to exchange or return an item.
