Loyalty rewards that add up

Earn points with every purchase and turn spending into real rewards. Petit Bateau’s loyalty programme credits points for purchases that convert into vouchers you can use on future orders, plus milestone perks like a newborn gift and birthday rewards. This makes everyday buys—baby bodysuits, T-shirts, and family-matching items—pay back over time and encourages repeat savings.

Flexible payments and secure checkout

Choose familiar, secure payment options at checkout so you can pay the way you prefer. Petit Bateau accepts major cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus PayPal and Apple Pay through an encrypted payment process. Clear payment choices reduce checkout friction and help you complete orders quickly on mobile or desktop.

Clear returns and in-store exchanges

Shop with confidence thanks to straightforward returns and free in-store exchanges. You have a standard 30-day window to return items and an extended 45 days if you are a loyalty member, which helps when sizing or style changes come up for babies and children. Easy in-store exchanges and online return management reduce risk when buying clothing and gifts.

Fast pickup and delivery choices

Select the delivery option that suits you: home delivery, in-store collection, or Click & Collect for quick pickup—often within two working hours. Free home delivery is available on qualifying orders above the site threshold, and free Click & Collect lets you grab orders sooner without waiting at home. Clear delivery expectations mean less uncertainty when you need essentials fast.

Quality, organic lines and product trust

Find durable wardrobe staples and organic cotton ranges designed for babies, children and adults—classic T-shirts, knitwear and newborn essentials that focus on comfort and lasting fabric quality. The brand publishes information on organic certifications and fabric care so you can choose items that suit sensitive skin and long‑term use.
