Delivery choices that fit your schedule

Choose from standard tracked delivery, next-day delivery for faster needs, or Click & Collect at UK stores. Orders over £175 qualify for free standard delivery, and parcelshop pickup is available for convenience. Multiple delivery options make it easy to receive tailoring, suits or shirts when you need them.

Easy returns and order management

Returns are handled through Suit Direct’s returns portal with free returns for UK mainland customers within the specified return window. Manage orders, request exchanges or track delivery status from your account so you can buy suits and accessories with reassurance that returns and follow-up are straightforward.

Reviews and in-store reassurance

Suit Direct combines online shopping with physical store locations and a company presence on review platforms, so you can read customer feedback or try items in person before committing. Store appointments and click-and-collect let you check fit and fabric, reducing uncertainty for important purchases.
